|
As aging progresses, older people experience various health-related problems. The health problems of the elderly can be suggested as a useful way to intervene with the health and quality of life as a major deterioration of quality of life. The purpose of this study was to examine how the integrated health and welfare approach through the use of hospitals in the elderly welfare center contributes to the improvement of quality of life. For this purpose, a multiple regression analysis was conducted for 94 hospital users and 65 non-users. As a result, it was analyzed that the Welfare Center Use Satisfaction and quality of life of the welfare center were higher when the health needs were satisfied. It was confirmed that the health welfare integration service had a positive effect on the health management of the elderly, and through this, the necessity of carrying out the role of the health welfare linked hub of the elderly welfare center and the specialization of the health welfare specialists were presented.
